WHAT’S INCLUDED
Every package — from Starter to Committed — rests on the same foundation. Package size, per-lesson price, and make-up allowance are shown clearly below.
Your child normally continues with the same dedicated teacher throughout the package. If a change becomes unavoidable, we will discuss the best alternative with you.
Sessions happen on a consistent day and time each week, with room to adjust when family life requires it.
Every two months, we invite parents to a 15-minute progress review. If a parent is unavailable or does not want a meeting, we send a visual progress report through WhatsApp instead.

PACKAGE RULES
Rescheduling with notice is separate from the make-up allowance included in the 12-lesson and 25-lesson packages.
WITH NOTICE
If a parent gives at least 24 hours’ notice, the lesson is rescheduled and does not use a make-up allowance. The new lesson is subject to teacher and family availability and may not be at the original time.
This applies to every package.
ALWAYS PROTECTED
If the teacher or Tarteel House cancels or changes a lesson, it is always rescheduled and never uses the family’s make-up allowance.

PACKAGE ALLOWANCE
The 6-lesson package has no make-up allowance, so a late-notice or unnotified absence counts as a used lesson. The 12-lesson and 25-lesson packages include up to four make-up lessons, even when a child misses without prior notice. After all four are used, a further late-notice or unnotified absence counts as a used lesson.
These are allowances for missed scheduled lessons, not additional free lessons.

If your family is not satisfied with the teaching approach, you may request a teacher change. Tarteel House will consider the request and propose another suitable teacher subject to availability; an immediate replacement or the same schedule cannot be guaranteed.
Payments are generally non-refundable once a package has started. Lessons already delivered, missed without the required notice, or cancelled late are not refundable. This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under EU law.
A certificate is issued only when the child has completed at least 30 lessons, completed an identifiable learning stage, and the teacher has confirmed completion of that stage. Purchasing a package alone does not qualify for a certificate.
Each package is purchased per child, so that every lesson is built around one specific learner. If you have more than one child, we can arrange separate packages and matching teachers for each.
